Refund Policies
Refund policies for each program are listed below. If you have any questions about these policies please contact the club treasurer.
SQUIRT A TOURNAMENT
Once paid and confirmed, there will be no refunds unless a paid replacement team is found. If a replacement team is found, a $100 service fee will be deducted from the refunded entry fee. Other entries will be placed on a standby list. Confirmation of entry will be provided upon receipt. The amount below includes the processing fees for the electronic payment. A reduced fee is available if the electronic check payment method is selected. AYHA receives $600 of this amount and the rest is paid to our processor.
Squirt B Tournament

AYHA 1st Annual Golf Outing
Registration & Refund Policy Thank you for supporting the Altoona Youth Hockey Association and our 1st Annual Golf Outing. Due to the planning, course commitments, food preparation, and event expenses associated with this fundraiser, all registrations and sponsorships are considered final and non-refundable. The event will take place rain or shine. In the event a participant or team is unable to attend, registrations may be transferred to another golfer or team by contacting the event organizers prior to the outing. We sincerely appreciate your understanding and support as all proceeds from this event directly benefit the future of AYHA and capital improvements to our hockey facilities.

Mite Jamboree
Once paid and confirmed, there will be no refunds unless a paid replacement team is found. If a replacement team is found, a $50 service fee will be deducted from the refunded entry fee. Other entries will be placed on a standby list. Confirmation of entry will be provided upon receipt. The amount below includes the processing fees for the electronic payment. A reduced fee is available if the electronic check payment method is selected. AYHA receives $50 of this amount and the rest is paid to our processor.
